Jimmie Dotson, Jr., M.D., F.A.C.C.
Jimmie Dotson, Jr., MD, FACC, specializes in Interventional Cardiology and is Board Certified in Cardiology. Dr. Dotson received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis and completed his residency with the University of Tennessee Internal Medicine Residency program. Dr. Dotson also completed a general cardiology fellowship at the University of Mississippi in Jackson and an interventional cardiology fellowship at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. In addition to his office on the Grandview Health campus, Dr. Dotson will also see patients in both the Trace Crossings/Hoover and Sylacauga offices. Dr. Dotson is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, American College of Cardiology and the Association of Black Cardiologists.
